Eye infection
These contact lenses caused me an infection in my eyes. I used the free trial and didn't realise that it would automatically charge my card 27.99 and send out more contacts in two weeks. So now I have a huge box of contacts I cannot use because they have scratched my eyes. I also tried to cancel by phone but no one answers and they do not allow you to cancel online. Completely fraudulent behaviour and very bad quality lenses.

Cheap bad quality contacts
Cheap bad quality contacts. Not possible to cancel online but only on the phone that no one answers. I tried 3 times

Keep away from Hubble they are rip off…
Keep away from Hubble they are rip off merchants should be add up for fraud taking customers money without there consent and their camera quality is rubbish mine gave away aged ago even moved to another address but Hubble still took unauthorised payment from my card they are theives keep away from these theives

Je continue à être prélevé malgré l'annulation de mon abonnement
Il n'y a pas que les lentilles qui sont à prix bon marché , le service client aussi visiblement... J'ai procédé à une annulation de mon abonnement et je continue pourtant être prélevé ! Passez votre chemin ou choisissez une autre alternative telle que Bubble ou votre opticien, plus sérieux.

If i could give this company a 0 star i would. This is the biggest scam!!!! They limit your options and are not inclusive of all needs. They promise to verify your prescription with your doctor but their own customer service team told me they do not. They have all of these false statements and rely on the frequently asked questions to hide the truth to trap you in this subscription. Don’t waste your time their contacts are dated, they are not a company that will work with their costumers they are built to scam people

One listens, but do they really hear?
Sadly I cancelled my subscription, due to an inability to wear lenses, more than three (3) months ago, and yet I continue to receive and be billed for monthly lenses. At this point I would question just how well a customer is being listened to versus just how well the company is driven to make monies. Sad experience indeed. Would not recommend the Hubble company due to their inability to meet basic customer needs.
