They will just keep sending them! $40 a month. And you have to call to cancel within certain hours!

Please stop sending me contact lenses you guys are RIP off artists my wife has astigmatism in both of her eyes and the lenses you keep sending don't work!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! They do NOT care for their customers. They want to make money. They offer you a trial which takes weeks to arrive then before you get it they go in and charge you $40. WITHOUT permission. I tried to cancel you have to call. Between the hours of 9 to 5 when ALL americans who work are at work!! they do this on purpose! They refuse to give a refund! RUN STAY CLEAR. Contacts ARE terrible. Worst I have ever used. I have been wearing contacts for 30 plus years! This company is a SCAM!!!

I have only received first promo contact lenses. They then took full payment no contact lenses received. Asked for refund and fill out cancellation form. A month later no refund recei ed and another payment taken i believe they are scammers and they have been reported!!

You should want to work with your customers if you don’t want people to think you are scammers. I find it crazy that during those times, it is impossible for me to get a refund even though I explained everything to the agent I had on the phone. I’m still waiting on my refund, even though I shipped back my package almost 2 months ago, and showed you proof that I left it at the postal office. You charged me almost $130, during those hard times, it is a month worth of groceries for me. I’m very frustrated and now I even more scared reading others people reviews because, even though I closed my account, I’m afraid they will keep charging me.

So far one star. They took payment and I never received my contacts. I go on their website and there's no status as to the whereabouts of the contacts, only the payment schedule. Which shows another payment about to come out! I have gotten no where with any of the phone numbers listed for their customer service and emailing them does absolutely nothing thus far as well😡😡😡 Not a happy camper! I'm writing this review so hopefully someone from there will respond back.

they arent worth the savings of $20. I wore them for a year- andy everyday there was a problem. irritation movement of the contact eventually I thought it was my eyes and gave them a break for 6 mths. I started wearing a national brand to test out it was just my eyes- for 3 mths. no problems. I put in my Hubble contacts- here we go again.

i ordered them on june 29.they arrived on july 13th, by july 14th they had already charged me $42 for the subscription and said they already sent the new box out, which i doubt because i always get notices when a package has been shipped in my name through UPS. Anyway, I had the contact literally 1 day before I was charged for the subscription. I wore them ONE TIME and I knew after that one time I wouldnt be able to use the contacts because they irritated my eyes almost as soon as I put them in. Just so happened that when I called, they had "just sent them out that morning" so they could not offer a refund. I offered to send them back for a refund but they do not accept returns. Even though I did not know that i only had 16 days as opposed to 28, and even though I literally called them on the 16th day as soon as they opened, I was not issued a refund. Basically I just gave them $43 because I cannot use the contacts. I am extremely unhappy with this company and its customer service.
