I loved the idea to get contacts
I loved the idea to get contacts, but it didn’t work for me, but if it had I would’ve continued ordering from Hubble. Thank you anyway

Not my cup of tea
The contacts weren't the best but I would recommend them to people who use daily contacts because they're affordable and always on time!

Contacts are decent, pretty comfortable, just what I'd expect for the price really. You can't cancel your subscription or remove your card details through the website. However you can do both by calling a free number. Very friendly customer service and quick to cancel, but it's just a bit annoying that you have to call them to do it.

My prescription was wrong initially
My prescription was wrong initially, but I was then sent the right prescription and was give a whole month of free contacts.I am very happy.

I have had very little problems w Hubble.. On a couple of occasions there have been random dry contacts in my supply.. I reported it and customer service not only replaced the dried ones gave me a two week box to make up for the inconvenience.. Customer service is almost nonexistent these days so I really appreciate this treatment..
