i have tried for weeks to cancel as i am now wearing glasses full time, ring the number and it just rings out with no answer. I need it cancelling straight away.

Specifically reviewing Hubble glasses…
Specifically reviewing Hubble glasses and their business practices. I went for them because the price and look of the glasses was great. However their website duplicated my order, double charged me, and when I emailed them (only contact possible) they took several days to respond telling me its too late to cancel the 2nd order and I can "just return the 2nd pair" conveniently forgetting to mention that they would charge me money for a "restocking" fee to fix their screw up. Should have just had tmy credit card block the 2nd transaction.

Kündigung muss begründet werden, Lieferrythmus unübersichtlich
Die Linsen ansich sind weitesgehend in Ordnug, wenige reißen oder lassen sich schlecht entfernen. Will man das Abo kündigen habe ich dies zunächst per Mail gemacht, mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Kündigung NICHT akzepziert wurde. Ich sollte dies nochmals begründen, absolut unseriös. Des weiteren ist eine Bestellung, die nicht monatlich erfolgen soll absolut unübersichtlich und kann offensichtlich nur von Mitarbeitern eingepflegt werden. Ich bin froh, wenn ich das Abo jetzt losgeworden bin. Dann wird halt über Amazon bestellt.

Es tut uns Leid, dass das Kündigen nicht so einfach war wie gewünscht. Wrong prescription…
I had gotten the wrong prescription from my doctor. Despite getting it corrected by him, I have never gotten the correct prescription lenses. I now have several boxes of contacts that I can't use because they are either too strong or (who knows why) way too weak. I just got another package today. There was also a random extra charge on my account for no reason of $3. The only reason reason they are getting a 2 instead of a 1 is that their customer service people are actually nice.

No response from customer service!!!!
I have attempted to contact this company multiple times on my prescription. Had the money taken out of my bank amd NO CONTACTS!!!!! IM LIVID!!!!

These contacts are way way dry
My daily contacts don't last maybe 6 hours or so dry they fall out. It's really not worth $50 a month unless you absolutely have no other choice.
