It sucks that ive asked to stop my subscription but instead you just keep trying to charge my card! Please stop! Maybe then ill change my rateing

Very disappointed! Unable to get to my eye doctor through pandemic and proved to be costly. I saw discounted contacts online and lit up when I saw I was getting my free month. I didn’t get through 2 days worth of these contacts before I developed an eye infection. Apparently, I have dry eyes, which I indicated on my questionnaire, and these are made from antiquated technology that prohibits enough oxygen entering the eye. Long story short, had old Acuve contacts left that I used first before moving on to the hubble, which lasted 2 sets, but by that time I had accumulated 4 months worth of hubble that are in corrugated packaging that they will not refund. Stay away, see a doctor, it’s worth the additional money.

Not recommended Hubble was constantly serving me ads on Instagram, so I finally decided to check them out. I signed up for a 30 day trial supply. The shipping was delayed by over two weeks. On top of that, I was billed 14 days into my 30 day trial, and was charged even before I had even received my 30 day trial.After finally receiving the contacts, I found that they are very dry, and hurt my eyes after a few hours. I do like the packaging, and customer service was nice enough and was able to refund my money.

Very deceiving marketing practices using social media. They'd offer free lenses but in reality, they're making you subscribe to their monthly contact lenses program and would charge your credit card without your authorization. They also sent me wrong subscription contacts without even asking for them. When you call them for a refund, they would give you all sorts of excuses. It's a big no no. Also, there are multiple posts about the horrible quality of their products. Stay away.

We try to be as transparent as possible that this is a subscription service by stating it on our web page and upon checkout. We also provided you with access to skipping orders on your online account page and changing the frequency of deliveries. Since Hubble is a subscription-based program, you will be billed and charged automatically each month on the scheduled date until you call to cancel the account. I ordered the free trial (along with free trials from many different companies) and planned on cancelling the subscriptions until I decided which one to use. Hubble's website constantly glitched and would take years to load, if at all, every time I tried to log on to cancel my subscription. Then I got an email about my cancellation, so I figured somehow I must have cancelled the subscription. Low and behold, a week or two later I was charged and sent a month of contacts. I called and explained that their system told me I had cancelled my subscription. They explained that their site had submitted my account registration 3 times and had automatically cancelled them (but only sent me one email about it? Not one for each account they cancelled?). So to me it seemed that the mistake was their own, and asked for a refund and even though the supervisor I spoke with couldn't admit that I had made any mistakes, he said that it is impossible to refund me. Seems like a broken policy if they can't refund those they wrongfully charge.
