En relación al servicio estaba contenta porque recibirlas en casa es un plus, pero las lentillas eran muuuuy frágiles, muchas veces se me rompían en cuanto las tocaba e incluso puestas, sentía molestias y era porque se habían partido! El problema más gordo viene con la gestión! Por problemas de salud, tuve que dejar de usar lentillas durante un tiempo y realicé la baja de "forma automática" en la web, recibí correo electrónico de confirmación (hablo de Febrero de 2019), y ahora (Agosto de 2020) siguen llegando cargos a la tarjeta y mails de impago. Con todo el trabajo que conlleva devolver los recibos, anular la tarjeta, etc...finalmente han respondido a uno de mis emails y me han dicho que me dan la baja de AHORA! Y que nunca han recibido petición de baja por mi parte. Enserio?? Menos mal que guardé los correos! Les he remitido la copia del mail de cancelación y siguen diciendo que nunca la realicé! En fin...

Tenéis el descaro de mentir en la contestación, edito este comentario porque no me deja responderos. No hay ningún número de teléfono al que llamar en ninguna web!! Ya he enviado 7 emails pidiendo la cancelación sin respuesta. Me han contestado los del sistema de cobros de la app intermediaria de shopify en inglés informándome de que están teniendo muchas reclamaciones por lo mismos y ellos aun no han conseguido nada, pero que sepáis que están también informados y tomando medidas. somos muchísimas personas afectadas y estafadas. No tenéis vergüenza. ES UNA ESTAFA TOTAL No me dejan darme de baja, he enviado varios email y no dan respuesta. Ya he emprendido medidas legales, MENUDOS SINVERGÜENZAS, ADEMAS LAS LENTILLAS SON DE MUY MALA CALIDAD, ME DUELEN LOS OJOS, SON TAN FINAS QUE SE TE CAEN SOLAS AL MOVER LOS OJOS , EN FIN VER PARA CREER!!

Really poor quality compared to my normal contacts, feel like they are very harsh and drying on the eyes. Will not purchase again.

First off, they said they wouldn’t charge me, but then I check and they did. So very terrible. And then when I called to cancel they make me talk to several people and try to find a way for me to stay.

I have tried to cancel for about a year.... Still haven't been able to.

ACHTUNG BETRUG! Ich hatte ein Abo bei Hubble und habe dieses am 16. Juni gekündigt. Eine Monatsbox, die mir kurz vorher zugesendet wurde, wollte ich zurückschicken und erhielt dafür per Mail einen Rücksendeschein. Die 29,95 für Linsen sollte ich nach Ankunft zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich brachte das Päckchen ungeöffnet und neu frankiert zur Post und machte Beweisfotos (da mir für die Art von Rücksendeschein kein Beleg ausgestellt werden konnte). Nach einer Weile kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice und wurde immer wieder vertröstet. Nach 63 Tagen rief ich schließlich wieder an und zitierte dieses Mal aus dem deutschen Gesetzestext. Nach § 355 Abs. 3 Satz 4 BGB trägt der Unternehmer das Risiko der Rücksendung einer Ware nach erfolgtem Widerruf. Das bedeutet, dass der Verkäufer beim Verlust der Ware im Rahmen der Rücksendung weder den vom Käufer gezahlten Kaufpreis behalten darf, noch Wert- oder Schadensersatz geltend machen kann. Die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises muss weiter innerhalb von 14 Tagen erfolgen. Daraufhin sollte ich mich mit dem Anliegen an einen Vorgesetzten wenden und mir wurde die E-Mailadresse mitgeteilt. Nun die nächste Frechheit: Die Mailadresse existiert nicht (ich habe sie mir Buchstabe für Buchstabe buchstabieren lassen) und die Mail kam nach wenigen Tagen zurück. Ich warte nun seit 72 Tagen auf die mir rechtlich zustehende Rückerstattung — was tippen Sie, werde ich diese noch bekommen? Nein? Wie ich sagte: Achtung Betrüger!

I have had Hubble contacts for quite sometime as I was attracted like many to the convenience of the delivery and reasonable cost. In the beginning of my journey with the lenses I was satisfied as they felt comfortable and did not seem to be an issue. Fast forward to the lenses that I have been receiving for the past couple months I began to realize that my eyes were extremely dry and bothersome. Unfortunately I ignored the issue and continued to wear the lenses. I recently had to have an emergency eye doctor visit as my eye was extremely painful. I informed the optometrist that I had been using Hubble brand contacts and she immediately told me that those are not reliable to use as their is no brand name on them, no record of where the contacts come from, and they are using outdated materials. Due to wearing these lenses and ignoring the irritation I was experiencing my eyes are now damaged from the lack of oxygen. I can not wear any brand contacts at the moment until my eyes hopefully improve. I hope if someone is reading this review I can save them from the pain that I am experiencing in my eyes from these contacts !!
