I cancel my subscription and you keep…
I cancel my subscription and you keep sending me contacts that are not my prescription I don’t want them you need to stop sending them the last two months I’ve got them I don’t order from you anymore do not charge my bank account or my credit card do not do it it is an authorized charge if you have to take it off I’ll send them back but I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping for your mistake

I would give a 0/5 but it doesn't let…
I would give a 0/5 but it doesn't let you. I requested a free trial,and found the lenses were uncomfortable for me. Have been emailing the company but emails are bouncing back to me ,saying can't deliver your email. Taking my money,had to cancel my credit card so they can't take any more money. Major dodgy company. Impossible to email company and get a reply. Scammers big time.

I’ve asked you guys to cancel my subscription for the past two months and you keep taking money out of my account and sending me contacts of the wrong vision code I spoken to people I’ve written letters and emails you guys keep taking money out of my account so no I’m not happy

Horrible Customer service!!!!Dont Bother!!!
Horrible Customer service!!!! Not even worth the money, They offer a free trial to try it but you dont even get to try them before they charge you the subscription fee. I have never dealt with such a difficult customer service. It took 2.5 months to recieve my refund but they left out the fact you dont even get your whole refund backl they keep a bunch of your money.Everytime i tried to talk to someone it would take almost a week to recieve a message back from someone. The shipping is horrible i ordered in CANANDA and they shipped it from the states even though they have a branch in canada.I wish i could give them lower than 1 star but sadly cant.

Contacts are good but customer service…
Contacts are good but customer service is disgusting. You can’t get through to anyone. It hangs up on you and you can only cancel over the phone when you eventually get through. I didn’t receive a box and after contacting them they said to give it a few more days. And after waiting they still didn’t arrive. After contacting Hubble more I still haven’t received a reply. They will still charge you but can’t contact you!

Never received my trial box and am…
Never received my trial box and am being charged for a first month after cancellation. I am not impressed and would give a negative 5 stars if possible
