Absolutely terrible customer service. Late orders, poor quality lenses with too many defects. Not worth the money, honestly. I tried to stick with them but it seems they cannot do the one thing they have to: get you a pair of contacts every day. The customer service is a joke and the quality has gotten so bad it seems like they’re on the verge of going out of business.

So the site wont let me get on to cancel my subscription or update address or anything ... they have an email which they dont reply to and the have tried to charge my card over 27 times in the last week and a half ... there is no contact number and they dont respond to emails.... this site is bs ...

My daughter wanted to try out Hubble contacts because they were inexpensive and she was trying to save me money since I had been unemployed for a while. She just had her yearly eye exam, and her corneas are severely inflamed and has the start of an ulcer from wearing Hubble daily contacts. Turns out, the material they use to make them is so antiquated and it allows zero air or moisture to get to the eye while wearing them. My daughter was close to having permanent damage to her eyes after only wearing Hubble daily contacts for 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per week, for about 2 months. We are thankful she had not been using them longer than that before her eye exam or the damage could have been permanently disabling.

J’attend une confirmation de votre part !

I would give it no stars, after leaving a review to say how sore these contacts made my eyes then I phoned my bank to make sure no more payments were taken out and whAt happens they use a different name and steal yes its theft as I have not given you my permission to take my yes my money, how dreadful this company is, I'm getting in touch with the omnibus man. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Flimsy contacts, great customer service until you try to cancel then their all-digital business model requires a phone call. After multiple times calling, being hung up on, having their system frozen so they couldn't find my account, I finally was able to get out of my subscription even though I hadn't been living in a place they ship to for over half a year. There are better options, don't get stuck with Hubble.

I've tried giving them a chance after my first order of contacts was incorrect. The second time I received them still incorrect prescription for one eye and the one that was correct the contact was poorly made. I can't see anything out of them they are blurry as if they just slapped the prescription sticker blindly on any box and sent them out.

I am very disappointed in Hubble Contacts. Since they are not open on the weekend for you to talk to I do not believe they should process orders on the weekend. My order was not suppose to be charged till October 3rd. When I tried to change it ,it told me August 27 of next year but came out September 27,2020. Since you cant call them till today they refused to fix it. I am a single mom who is paycheck to paycheck. And the fact that they refused to let me talk to anyone higher up and the fact they refused to even refund the money since I could not talk to anyone till today is bs.I will never use hubble contacts ever again. Ever!
