The customer service is great and the…
The customer service is great and the contacts were average. They started off fine in the morning but, they started to get really dry towards the afternoon and night. The price for these contacts is a little steep considering the quality of them, but if you're looking for a contact subscription: then this is fairly good. Canceling is definitely a hassle though. There's no reason for you to not be able to cancel your subscription through the website. It's annoying that you have to call a Mon-Fri/9-5 number: to cancel. The lady who canceled my subscription was quick, nice, and patient. Overall, the contacts were "meh", but the customer service was good.

Loved them except too big diameter

I would like to see faster shipping…
I would like to see faster shipping otherwise fantastic and great customer service

The fit was off on some shipments I…
The fit was off on some shipments I received. Not every shipment was a "good" shipment quality was slacking. Also, I received some shipments that two of the contacts were damaged and dried up. Quality was the deciding factor for me.

Lovely packaging and great customer…
Lovely packaging and great customer service, but they made my eyes dry towards the end of the day, and aren't that cheap.

I like that the contacts are less…
I like that the contacts are less expensive than the ones I've used before. The one thing I don't like is that the box doesn't right or left.

Contacts left my eyes dryer than the…
Contacts left my eyes dryer than the Sahara desert. But customer service was good when I called to cancel my subscription.

The packaging and website are gorgeous
The packaging and website are gorgeous. The product is okay. When I wore my first pair all day, they were dry in a few hours and by nighttime they stuck to my eyeball. They were a bit painful to remove. Now I just wear the rest of my trial pack once in a while only when I know I won't have to keep them in long.
