They won’t let me cancel the subscription even though I just wanted to try the service for one month. Once I realized the fit was just not for me, I’ve tried cancelling multiple times in multiple ways. Since they are holding my wallet hostage, I need to remember to log in every 3 months to keep skipping shipments since they also won’t let me skip indefinitely. I would highly recommend using another online contacts source like Warby Parker unless you are 100% sure these contacts will work for you; there’s no turning back.

Truly terrible company, they are like an old time gym or a cable company with their business model hooking in customer in for $5 and then making it impossible to unsubscribe.

Service is fine but product is massively sub-par. I have the correct prescription including the correct BC and Diameter. Contacts are extremely irritating. I've also never used a contact lens so reluctant to stay on the surface of the eye
