I think that this is a good service, but I was disappointed with a couple of things; a few contacts were split in half, for example, and sometimes the contacts hurt my eyes when I put them in. Also, they raised the price from 33 to 36 dollars, and I didn't get an email letting me know that was going to happen. I did cancel my subscription, and that was done with no problems. So while I'm not thrilled with this service, it wasn't horrible.

The reasons I'm marking down are: 1. Because I requested a call from someone and they e-mailed me instead and never called. I had a specific request that could not be handled because they ignored the request and processed my order without calling me. 2. Also, the contacts that we are receiving have not been great quality. They often dry out half way through the day and are uncomfortable.

The convenience of receiving my contacts monthly is great. But I've experienced poor packaging and defective contacts. Each time I've reached out to customer service it takes some time to get the issue resolved. They are not on top of things. *Edit for example this review was requested and published in September. Hubble replies 3 months later in December.

The service and price are excellent but the contacts didn’t fit my eyes properly. I have very dry eyes and they felt like sandpaper. There were also many instances where the contacts were inside out upon opening the package.
