Signed up for a trial. I only wear contacts on occasions really so do not need an ongoing subscription. Fortunately I cancelled their authorisation but that doesnt stop them from attempting to take money out every month and sending an email telling me its been declined every few days. I told them to cancel the subscription and stop sending me emails but theyre insistent on making life hard and said I need to call in. Nobody has time for that so i've just blocked them from sending me emails in Gmail. Contacts were decent but its a shame the company has shady policies.

Really uncomfortable lenses but the staff were great in cancelling my subscription. They called me back when I needed to cancel.

Returned my last shipment of contact and have never received the refund. I did finally receive a refund.

Easy to order, and the lenses weren't uncomfortable but they aren't good because they blur my vision. Also, cancelling requires a phone call which is frankly ridiculous.
