Massive scam
After asking repeatedly to cancel, I’ve been charged multiple times for a poor product. I was then asked to return the unopened product for a refund and was sent a returns label. I have sent this back and the staff have confirmed that it’s been received and yet now I’m being given multiple reasons why they can’t refund me. These range from ‘we haven’t received it’ to ‘your bank hasn’t allowed the refund’. For the sake of £27 it’s actually shocking that I still haven’t been refunded for a product returned as per their guidelines. Not to mention being charged for another box that never arrived ... Do not order - huge scam

Nearly impossible to cancel
Despite trying to cancel twice by email money was still taken from my account. It’s nearly impossible to get an answer by telephone and if they do answer you get hung up on straight away. Will be raising a dispute with my bank

I used to like these comtacts until I…
I used to like these comtacts until I got a refill of contacts that I didn't want. I called them asking for a refynd since I didn't know they were even on the way, they told me to send them back as soon as I received them and I did. It's been over 4 months now that I've sent the contacts back with no refund. I contacted them multiple time with them sending me the same pre-written message. Saying that if I don't receive it in a couple of weeks to contact them again. It's impossible to get my 130$ back and I don't even have the contacts. Never ordering again, such a hasstle trying to get my money back.

I signed up for $1 trial and cancelled…
I signed up for $1 trial and cancelled before the subscription was over. Still was charged $41 and they refuse to refund me!!!
