Charged me monthly after I signed up…
Charged me monthly after I signed up for every 3 months when I called I was called a liar! Continued to charge me after I canceled contract.

Terrible quality contacts
Terrible quality contacts. I definitely don't recommend My eyes dry out after a few hours and the contacts are uncomfortable

Awful customer service
Hubble have charged me for contacts I didn't want or sign up for. They will not give me a refund until I return the contacts, that haven't even been shipped out yet!! The customer service is an actual joke. Dont go near this company they just want to take your money!!

Franchement dégouter.
Franchement dégouter. prélèvement de 29.95€ alors que j'ai annuler je peut meme pas renvoyer. en plus les lentilles sont mauvaise car je vois floue avec. MERCI DE CE CADEAUX FLOU qui reviens a 29.95€

Still missing order.
After contacting customer service regarding my missing order. They were not helpful at all. Still missing my order, no credit was given or discount to accommodate my missing order either.

They are not good contacts for me and I don’t wear them. I have emailed to please discontinue yet they keep coming; having to call to discontinue is most inconvenient.

I ordered six boxes of daily contacts…
I ordered six boxes of daily contacts that would last me six months since I’m leaving for a business trip overseas. I was sent the screenshot of the purchase via email, however only 4 boxes were delivered. After emailing the company, I was told to file a claim with my local post office. I am unable to do so since I am currently quarantining at my residence and I am leaving immediately after and I will not have time to file any claims. I will not be supporting this business any further. If their customer service was outstanding, they would have sent me the remaining two boxes rather than telling me to kick rocks.

Save yourself some trouble and don’t order from Hubble.
I haven’t gotten any contacts since February of 2019 and they keep charging me $33/month even though I have not received any contacts. Hubble has stolen almost $600 from me and I have not been able to get them on the phone or email and they won’t let me remove my card or cancel online so please, do yourself a favor and never give them your information because they won’t give it back.
