Need better quality assurance for contacts
Overall is great although twice in the last year I received a bad batch of contacts that seemed to be wrong strength. Customer service great and sent new contacts immediately

Angenehm zu tragen, etwas zu teuer.
Ich trage seit ca. 25 Jahren Kontaktlinsen und kann einige Rezessionen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Linsen sind angenehm zu tragen, scharfes Sehen, kein verrutschen o. ä. Nachteil: Sie sind mir einfach etwas zu teuer. Ich konnte mein Abo bequem per kostenloser Hotline kündigen. Die Bestätigung hatte ich binnen zwei Minuten im E-Mail-Posteingang.

Shipping and comfort are great
Shipping and comfort are great, I get what I pay for but it’ll be nice if there was an app or reminders before one is charged for the contacts.

simple and straightforward
I want to write a review because I’m satisfied with this product and would recommend it. Nothing life changing has happened except I don’t sleep in my contacts anymore and I don’t worry about the disapproving tone the eye doctor has given me for years. It’s an easy to use affordable solution to making sure I have fresh clean contacts in my eyes.

Always delivers on time but they dry out my eyes quite a bit. Other than that they’re really good!
