The contacts are awesome, but need an app or website to make address, payments and/or shipment changes easy.

it's easy to set up, change frequency etc. no issues with the lenses,as comfortable as the expensive brands, patiently waiting for a toric lens to be offered.

The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I have a sliiiight astigmatism and toric lenses are not available yet.

I really like that I don’t have to remember to order more contacts each month, but for a reasonable price they are sent to me automatically. I have had a fairly good experience with Hubble, however this month I ran into my first ever problem with their service. The money was removed from my bank account, but I did not receive my contacts. After a week I contacted Hubble and they promptly solved the problem and got my contacts out to me immediately.

Great. But dry out so quick by the end of my day that I can’t wait to get home and take them out

Had lots of trouble getting them to send them before i was out. Changing dates for shipment to get it on time was not adjusted for the next and caused 3 times i was left without any contacts. Had to make a second call in to fix the issue hopefully. I have not had to many issues with their contacts and calls were answered and helpful.

I like it just i keep finding that in almost all my new boxes there is at least one contact missing per side when i open it its just liquid

I love having daily contacts. It is the BEST and hubble makes that possible with their pricing. I hope/wish/want them to be in network with my insurance for me to get more of a refund then I do with them being out of network. I need them to have more providers in our area. Eye doctors do not like to hear that you are going with a product that they are not selling or prescribing. I wish they would do something different about the glue on the packaging. It is sometimes hard to get off and makes it difficult to get the contacts out. Other than that, THEY ARE GREAT!
