Sentimos muchísimo que se te olvidase cancelar tu subscripción si no lo deseabas, y sentimos que nuestras lentillas no sean lo que tus ojos necesitas. Por lo que nos escribes, sequedad y comfort puede ser un síntoma de que el material o el tamaño de nuestras lentillas no sea el adecuado para tu ojo, motivo por el cual cada marca trabaja con uno diferente. Sin embargo, no sería un problema de calidad en el producto. Cada ojo tiene necesidades diferentes, por lo que el simple hecho de que no funcionen bien con tus ojos no significa que haya una falta de calidad en el producto.
