The contact lenses make my eyes much dryer than when I wear other brands. Hubble should have an option where customers can pay a little more in their subscription just for lenses with more moisture.

Vision not as clear as those received from doctors office

This is more related to quality of vision than customer service, though I do feel like the monthly subscription keeps getting pushed up earlier each month.

The convenience and price was amazing. The quality of the contacts was not so much. I recieved damaged contacts more than once and they dried my eyes out at times.

I love using Hubble the delivery and billing are fantastic.. what is hard for me is my diameter is 8.4 Hubble only makes 8.6.. so I don't see as well as I could.. it is my hope new diameters are available soon.

Contacts themselves are very thick and inflexible, definitely not as breathable as namebrand competitors or other DTC brands (like Waldo and Acuvue Moist). Subscription service is convenient especially for those whose eye are still changing so that you don't have excess lenses in wrong prescription. They do not make lenses for astigmatism yet. Overall do not think the product is worth it for the price.

Over all I think Hubble is a great way to buy contacts if you find them too expensive from the eye doctor. I will say that my contacts from the eye doctor (Accuvue) are more comfortable due to the diameter. Besides that, no complaints. Its convenient to have daily contacts, and over all more sanitary.
