I got on here to type up my review but…

I got on here to type up my review but someone else did it for me these contacts could live you blind I had migraine headaches 🤕 nausea I couldn’t believe I was feeling so sick 😷 then my contacts dried out I took them off immediately nausea and headache gone I couldn’t believe contacts were doing this to me so I tried them a few more times ended having to go to my ophthalmologist I left with so many eye 👁 drops I had scratches and infection and I had to get glasses 👓 because I was not able to wear contacts not that I could bear the pain. Also I’m the stupid one that ordered for my self and husband I canceled and they kept charging me I didn’t receive any contacts and then I call for a refund they can’t refund because My account is closed soo if it’s closed how did you charge and then they kept repeating we can mail you boxes noooo no more terrible lenses that were either ripped or warped nooooo thank you 🙏 no I’m begging my bank for a refund this crap is a scam!!!!!!! The worst company to get contact lenses from. They are awful, uncomfortable lenses. They dry out very quickly. Maybe a couple of hours. They do not give enough time to complete the trial, so you will be sent contact lenses made from an out dated material and charged for it whether you want it or not. I cancelled after the first payment was taken but have still not received the rubbish lenses. I have had to order from another provider this month to keep me going, so therefore have paid twice for lenses. When you try to get a refund, Joy(customer service agent) who can't be bothered doing her job and will shout at you on the phone, then drop the call and not pick up to your number again! I want a refund and I don't want these lenses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be taking a massive chance with your eye health, are rude, unhelpful and basically steal from your bank account.
