I love always having contacts delivered to me before I even need them, but they are very inconsistent when it's taken out of my account each month.

Sometimes it's difficult to to distinguish the correct side of the contacts

The contact aren’t terrible, they’re just not great quality. By the end of the day, they are sticky so n the eye ball and hold the floaters.

I normally love Hubble, but my last 2 orders have not been good. I've had to toss at least half of the contacts in each box because they were oddly sized and too big in my eyes, some had a bar code or upc on them,(I can only assume from the machine that stamps them out) and some even came with tears already in the contact. Will need to reevaluate using Hubble if box I just received is the same.

Quality of the contacts isn’t exactly A+ but they get the job done. Haven’t had any dealings with customer service at all so, who know what they’re like.

Customer service is awful. I've tried reaching out by email (because that's all you allow people to do) and never received a response back. Ended up going over a week without contacts because of it. My prescription expired and your website wouldn't allow me to update it. Tried reaching out multiple times until I decided to use another email address of mine and start a new account. Your lack of response got me more free contacts though since I had to set up a new account so, thanks!

Price is very reasonable and cheaper than most, contacts are comfortable, and shipping is good.. unfortunately the website is terrible very confusing don't have a subscription frequency aren't sure when payments are due if they went thru or not how many payments just annoying cuz I want to know more bout where my money is goin and it doesn't have a feature to keep track!
