Shocking
Shocking. I only wanted the trial pack. Sent me a whole months worth and charged me £27 . How dare you. They are on their way back to you now, so I’m waiting for my refund

Horrible choice in contacts
Customer service is very poor, you can not cancel online, you can only do it over the phone. The contacts you do get usually a month or so after the shipped date are not the correct prescription for your eyes. Just all around a poor choice for contacts
