I love the convenience of having the lenses sent straight to my home and the price is really great. My only issue is that I find the quality not as good as the lenses I get from the optometrist. I feel like they are thinner and I’ve noticed dust particles in the pod with the lens. When that happens, I end up throwing them out, so I waste maybe two or three pair a month for that reason.

Great price, fast shipping, but contact quality aren’t so great. I throw away 1/3 of the contacts because of defects. But you get what you pay for.

The contacts usually blur out with 5/6 hours and always end up itching or hurting one of my eyes. They get the job done for the most part for the short term.

I love getting the contact from the mail the people have been great in working with me on billing payments. I have had problems with the contact being bluer can't see out of them they replaced two boxes but i am still getting them they are hard to see out of them . Thank you Teresa Hunt

It is a pain to cancel auto orders and they only operate with auto orders. I have wayyy to many contacts now because I don't necessarily wear them every day. The contacts are good, some times not as comfortable as competing products such as acuvue.

Roughly every other box I receive has 1-3 contacts that are opened just enough to let the saline out so the contacts become unusable. Other than that...the contacts are great and last all day long with no issues.

Sometimes the contacts don’t fit good

I enjoy the contacts, the pricing, and the convenience of the delivery but in some pairs I have issues fixing with them. Noticing it more often than not unfortunately.
