Absolutely rubbish
So you order the £1 ones and then £50 later another box comes the next month! Complete rip off

Return process horrible
My prescription was wrong so I had to delay an order and do a return. The return process was horrible. I still haven't received confirmation that they recieved the return or a refund. It has been months. I will not be ordering again.

There service is good but the contacts…
There service is good but the contacts are horrible. My eyes are so dry I can barely see. Very uncomfortable.

Hard to cancel
Hard to cancel, no online option call open times not very accessible.

They are awful
They are awful, they're thin and flimsy and the prescription isnt anything near. I cant contact anyone to cancel

Cancellation process confusing to trick you out of money
Good product, but the cancellation process should be simpler. I thought I had successfully unsubscribed after emailing as per instructions on the website, only to be charged the next month. Very unhappy with this and will not use this company again in the future.
