Not a super fan of these contacts, while it is convenient to have new ones every day, my eyes were very dry. Needed drops constantly.

customer service was friendly. the quality of the contacts kinda suck. i put them in for 5 minutes and was in such discomfort had to take one out *the other one got lodged into my eye and fell out*. you get what you pay for i guess. i wouldnt try these again and i wont be using the remaining of my trial box.

Terrible product, sketchy customer service The contacts themselves are of very poor qaulity but cost as much as some of the nicer brands through an optometrist. They easily rip, tear, and dry out your eyes. I also found that they could be difficult to get out some nites and others would move around out of place which is dangerous and uncomfortable. As for the cancellation process-- it is a total joke. If you have 9-5 hours you will have no choice but to ditch work to call them for a bit. You cannot do it online. Furthermore, they use visa card updater services so if you get a new card number and assume you are free look forward to a charge ten months later that they will refuse to refund. Bottom line: the company knows they sell sub par contacts which is why they use visa updater services and make cancellation incredibly difficult. All so they can scam you out of your hard earned money on contacts no one who likes their eyes should use.

This review is about the quality of the hubble contact lenses. I ordered a trial box and forgot to cancel the subscription so ended up with 1 full box and a trial box. My box prescription is -3.5 for both eyes. The comfortableness - Yes they are. They feel like nothing in my eyes when you put them on at first BUT... after few hours (normally 4-5 hours) they tend to be blurry or dry. Mostly blurry. At that time I have to take them out. They are extremely difficult to grasp when you want to remove them from your eyes. I got frustrated all the time. I use mainly cheap contactlenses like daysoft. This is the worst .. :( Although I want to use them as I already paid for them. It’s just not worth it

Trial went well but actual subscription contacts took far to long to arrive as they don’t come from uk. Customer service was very poor.

Why can I start my prescription with the click of a button but have to call a phone number so someone can try to talk me out of canceling? That's annoying but not as annoying as refusing to accept a box accidentally ordered because I didn't have time to call during the day, sit on hold, and then cancel. Contacts are inferior to the modern competition, and not even much less expensive. Would not use again, would not recommend.

Contacts are not of decent quality - they are quite thick and dry its been uncomfortable to wear for longer than 5 hours. Can not cancel unless you call a 0808 number. The customer service was reasonable and they did answer within 5 mins and deal with the cancellation within 5 mins although they were not able to find my account initially.

Like other reviewers, I received and was charged for a full order 16 days after my trial box, despite adjusting my frequency to 56 days. After this I rang up and cancelled as I find Hubble contacts drying and hard to remove after a day at work (they seem to stick to my eyes, and cause irritation when I'm trying to fish them out). I googled why this might be and found out they are made from methafilicon A, an older material from contact lenses in the 1980s that has a very low "dk" (this means that much less oxygen is getting to the cornea than with other commonly prescribed daily wear contact lenses).
