Terrible
Terrible service, horrible contacts. Every other contact did not fit or would result in very unpleasant irritation.

Make it so hard to cancel once you sign…
Make it so hard to cancel once you sign up. Very sneaky and a pain to get out of. Have used waldo before and will continue to use them, DO NOT use these.

Don't Bother
I haven't worn contacts in years as they always dried my eyes out but wanted to give them another go. I found Hubble and I was really excited to try these contacts. I got the trial pack, which took ages to deliver. I tried them and they felt really comfortable and totally different to what I had before. I went for the subscription and liked the fact that I could pause or delay delivery when needed. I made a payment almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not received these contact lenses. I haven't even had a shipping email like I did with the trial pack and when I queried it they said it was shipped on the 29th Nov...Still waiting!! Not happy at the fact that you have to wait so long before getting them! Absolutely ridiculous. Have emailed asking for a refund so will see what they come back with. Not a happy customer and definately won't be going back!

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible i have tried to cancel my subcription and yet they still are charging me and sending me contact lenses, they are alright lenses in vision but they are very uncomfortable after just a few hours and i much prefered my old ones. might work for you but itchy in the eye and fall out alot . Plus the packaging is soo silly as you often cant tear one of and it tears the next lense so air can get in and dry out the next days one. terrible product i want to cancel asap.

I can't cancel online straight forward
I can't cancel online straight forward. Have to call customers service that working 9to 5 Monday to Friday. To much hassle. Regret sign up to it.

Worse contact brand ever
Worse contact brand ever. Charged me 4 times for a subscription I cancelled. Never received refund when I sent 2 boxes back and they did not help at all when I asked where my money was: Still charge me randomly now. Contacts also very very dry and thick on the eyes.
