Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Great quality, cute packaging and timely service. My only complaint is I had to request my service to be canceled twice before it finally went through. I only stopped using Hubble because I now wear glasses. I highly recommend!

I love my contacts and the ease of…
I love my contacts and the ease of getting them, they just started charging me weekly now. Ugh

Contacts fit very well
Contacts fit very well. Not a fan of the price increase since starting the subscription. A bit concerned that I'm going to damage my eyes by using low-end contacts like these. However, the fit is better than anything I've used with Acuvue or Cooper.

Neat service, could be cheaper.
I’ve been very happy with Hubble’s online subscription service. The convenience of having them arrive monthly (and even to place the subscription on hold if I’ve accumulated a stockpile) is quite nice. I like that I don’t have to pay for a new eye doctor appointment every year as long as my prescription is working for me. I do wish they were a little cheaper; after adding up the monthly cost, I’m not sure they’re really saving me money on contacts.

I love the convenience of having my contacts delivered monthly. The contacts are good quality but they do tend to dry out quickly. For the most part I don't have any issues with them. I thought they would be pretty flimsy but they are pretty sturdy. Ive never had one rip on me which is surprising. Overall I am happy with Hubble.

Trust worthy
Trust worthy, reliable! By the very end of the day, my eyes don’t feel dry. Wish the price did not spike up the way it did. Still happy with the product, not too happy about the price increase.

Thumb Grip is Essential
Hubble has worked really well for me. The contacts are comfortable and I like that they are disposable. The packaging is optimized with a thumb grip which makes a huge difference in how successful I am opening the lens pouch without losing the contact. I am an occasional lens wearer, generally seasonal, special activity or special occasion so I wish there were more options in delivery frequency. After a long day in the lenses, my eyes are ready for a break, they feel dry and I'll generally have some irritation that goes away after a night's rest. I chalk it up to the fact that I don't wear them frequently so my eyes aren't used to it.
