The contacts are dry and not very comfortable

The refusal to create some sort of system to alert customers of upcoming orders, to allow time to make adjustments or skip, has cost me money and time. And wasted contacts, because my prescription changed between orders. Just implement that already.

Not the best feel if you have to wear them for over 8 hours. Always ship on time.

I feel the contacts don’t work past a certain time in the day. By the end of the day they are blurry and painful. The cost and ease of shipping is fine and I like how they always come right on time but I tried to cancel my order once and couldn’t figure it out so i changed my card number. They still send me emails saying my credit card was declined. I ordered them again only bc they are affordable for me right now. If I had money I would probably go back to acuvue oasis. The free two week period is nice. Thank you.

I wish I could pick the exact day I want my order delivered.

Service is great, but at times the prescription on my contacts seem to be off a bit and struggle to see as I should. Wish there was a way to send back and get new ones. CK

Fair price, decent enough contact. A daily that lasts no more than 12 hours but these were great for breaking bad habits of "accidentally" falling asleep with contacts in. My son would not sleep in these because they hurt after around 10-12 hours of use. I'd use again for the price if they offered this not as a autoship. They kept coming and coming and you can't hardly cancel these things. The poor customer service should have dropped them to a 2 star but I feel generous and really - it has been a very average experience.
