Do not fit my eyes very well, o my good for a few hours wear.
Do not fit my eyes very well, only stay focused for a few hours. Using moisturizing eye drops helps, but do not work as well as any of the other brands I have used over the years. OK for a few hours, but not all day for me.

Bad lenses
Bad lenses. Dried my eyes out and stung.

The contacts did not work for me
The contacts did not work for me. It felt like I was putting a piece of glass in my eye. The shipping took a long time but the customer service women I talked to from Hubble was great.

They are priced well but the contacts…
They are priced well but the contacts are not comfortable.

Quality?
I feel like the quality of the contacts varies from package to package. Some do not bother my eyes and others I cannot wear because they irritate my eyes so much.

Good Customer Service, Uncomfortable Contacts
I called to cancel my subscription and the customer service rep was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I find the lenses incredibly uncomfortable. I've worn daily lenses before and haven't had an issue with them however the Hubble lenses scratch and hurt my eyes. Nice packaging.

Helped with refund
UPDATED: Need to make it much more clear that it’s a AUTOMATIC subscription service after first free paid & should ask before starting an automatic subscription or advertise the option to cancel before charged for something a customer may not continually want. But customer service did help me get a refund when I was charged after I thought my service was already cancelled but you loose a 7$ fee for reshelving but refund was received. Just way too much work for what it’s worth, just make it more clear it’s an automatic subscription!
