Read the Fine Print
Your fine print on your "free 15 pair" was not enough for me to know I was signing up for an expensive prescription. You should put that information in a more legible text size.

The contact company over is a great…
The contact company over all is a great company but the lens them self did not work for me do to my astigmatism and there were no options to get any for it.

Changed my schedule of delivery before…
Changed my schedule of delivery before move, and delayed. That was totally ignored and they were sent out anyways. When I expressed displeasure of it being sent, I was told basically "tough luck". Should also be able to cancel online or by email. Was almost impossible to not be at work during the required times to call.

Not very easy to cancel you have to…
Not very easy to cancel you have to call someone to do so.. When i send a box back i have to call and ask for my refund, if i don't call and ask i won't get it. And raising prices was also not necessary.. Well. To much frustration to deal with for me..

not expensive and easy
not expensive and easy, however contacts would leave my eyes irritated and dry. I guess you get what you pay for!

I'm a mom of 1 toddler and a job
I'm a mom of 1 toddler and a job, both are full time for me and I could only use these for 7hrs before they started to dry out and I could feel them, my eyes started to gook up from them and I had to wear my glasses for the rest of the day. I tried to extend them with eye drops and that only prolonged the irritation by a few hours. As other parents know, glasses and toddlers.....they do not mix! I was super excited to try my Hubble contacts. I tried them for 4 days and gave up. If you need them in for more than 9-10hrs out of the day like me, these are not it.

Dry, very dry
I got the trial pack (2 weeks supply) to try out Hubble contacts. Hubble confirmed the prescription with my optometrist, and promptly sent the trial pack. Unfortunately, the great service didn’t extend to the product. These lenses dry out a lot quicker than my current brand. They are very dry and feel sticky on my eyes by only mid-afternoon. Two of the lenses were completely dry in their packaging before opening and had to be discarded before being used. Nice lenses with good optical performance, but not usable due to the dryness. Hubble doesn’t do online cancellations, so I had to call to cancel my subscription. Again, excellent professional service. It’s just a pity that the product doesn’t match the service.
