The prescription was wrong and they…
The prescription was wrong and they offered no help or alternative. Just said they’d keep a lookout for my returned unopened box. Was hoping/expecting more assistance in getting the right prescription. Oh well.

Kept in the dark
There's no way to check orders online which makes keeping track of when you're gonna get charged etc hard. I returned a box a couple weeks ago now and have yet to have a confirmation of my refund yet alone see the money. Everything's too "hidden".

Tried to cancel my subscription and…
Tried to cancel my subscription and could never get anyone on the line. I hit option 2 to receive a call back and never did. The ad i saw said pay for shipping and get a free box of contacts. I had no idea the charges would keep happening.

The customer experience team are awful
The customer experience team are awful, they don’t understand your email in English. You’re renewal pack does not come when you need them. Very shoddy

Frust statt Freude..
Ich habe mich riesig auf die Linsen gefreut und wurde derbe enttäuscht. Ich konnte die keine 10min drin behalten, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, sie zu verlieren. Es war als schwimmen sie nicht auf dem Tränenfilm, was sie ja sollten, sondern als wäre da zu viel Luft dazwischen. Ein permanentes Gefühl von Fremdkörper im Auge hat noch veranlasst diese Linsen nach einigen Stunden zu entfernen. Auch bei dem zweiten Versuch wurde es einfach nicht besser. Die Konsistenz ist scheinbar nichts für meine Augen. Der Service allerdings war so gut, dass ich einen Stern mehr geben muss, als ich wollte. Da war ich zufrieden, nur leider mit dem Produkt nicht. Ich hoffe andere hatten da mehr Glück und Spaß mit den Linsen und haben nun den Durchblick.

Why can only California cancel their subscription online??? I think it sux that I work 2 damn jobs and can't cancel in what little Free time I have

Oftentimes a customer is planning to cancel their subscription due to something that is within our control, and we end up being able to help them with the necessary adjustments quickly and personally on the phone. If you would like to, you can log into your Hubble account to adjust the delivery schedule to allow yourself more time to call in and cancel. The customer service does not document…
The customer service does not document when you call. I canceled my order a number of times And continued getting contacts. When I sent them back they only refunded me partial bc of shipping. I had to get mad and ask for a full refund after the 3rd shipment!
