Hopefully 5 stars in the near future
I truly dislike only giving you guys one star. Coustomer assistance was NOT this issue. The problem is with Hubble contacts. I have worn contacts for 30 years now and never have I had such poor poor craftsmanship in contact lenses 🙅🏼‍♀️ Also I received the wrong prescription 2 times. I ordered for my right eye -2.75. Left eye-2.50. And received-1.50 not once but twice. I truly hope that the quality of the lenses improve drastically. I would’ve been a lifetime member other than that. Thanks

Wouldn’t send correct contacts would…
Wouldn’t send correct contacts would double charge me and they wouldn’t cancel or return my subscription or money

I did not order through this company as…
I did not order through this company as i dont wear contacts and they still have not gave me a refund or anything. I am pissed.

Wasn’t Happy With The Contacts
Wasn’t Happy With The Contacts, They Dried My Eyes Up & When I Tried To Unsubscribe It Only Allowed Me To Stop Deliveries For Up To 2 Months I Had To Contact Hubble Via Phone To Stop My Subscription

It shows that you've skipped October and November shipments online, successfully. You should be able to skip your upcoming orders up to 6 months. The subscription auto renewed itself 3…
The subscription auto renewed itself 3 times and it went to old house, taking $120 out of my bank account. I would like to return these three packages as the quality is horrible and my eyes are sensitive. they are not opened yet still in the box.

Can't get a trial, no hope for a subscription
Twice I've ordered a trial set some time apart, and on neither occasion did they turn up. If Hubble can't get a trial set to delivered, what hope is there for a subscription? Two separate occasions, some time apart, at two different addresses. On the latter I was provided with a shipment tracking code that didn't work, and when I called up to cancel the subscription payment they attempted to take and advise I hadn't even had my trial set, they offered to delay the subscription payment. I declined the offer and just as well, I might have considered if they turned up the second time but it would appear despite being told they had been despatched, this wasn't the case. At both addresses the postman is known well and all other deliveries have made it no issues! Avoid

Tengo una duda con pecto a las lentillas de prueba, si las pido hoy, j¿hasta cuando podría cancelar la suscripción? porque si no me van bien las de prueba como voy a comprar mas lentillas?? gracias

Hola! Muchas gracias por dejarnos tu comentario. Tu siguiente pedido se genera automáticamente 16 días tras el pedido de prueba (puesto que la caja de prueba contiene solo 15 pares). La subscripción la puedes cancelar en cualquier momento. De todos modos, en tu área personal puedes saltar los siguientes pedidos, cambiar la frecuencia en la que los recibes o modificar la fecha de cobro para que se adapte a tus necesidades. Ordered lenses for my partner but they do not agree with him and I cannot cancel. Money keeps going off and the only way is to cancel my card!! Please cancel our subscription!
