Great customer service, but my eye doctor immediately had me discontinue ordering from them because the materials were from about a 20-year-old technology.

I would not wear these for more than a few hours. They start feeling uncomfortable and dry out my eyes. At one time, my eyes completely turned red and took a whole weekend to go away. Luckily it was Halloween and I could play off my demonic looking red eyes. When they raised the cost, I stopped my subscription.

Price increased after subscribing. Lenses are very thin and hard to handle. Delivery was good.

The problem was not major but the operator helped

The contacts I would really give 1 star. Yes they’re cheap but the quality is terrible. I had to constantly put eye drops in and couldn’t wear them for more than a few hours. I didn’t have this issue with other daily contacts and after doing research I realized that the contacts Hubble uses is old technology and that’s why I was having issues. The pros would be price, convenience, and customer service was very helpful.

Low Quality Product but High Quality Customer Service. The contact lenses themselves aren't made with with quality. The product is inexpensive and convenient so for someone without full vision insurance coverage, this is an advantage. However, the lenses themselves dry out almost instantly. They aren't terribly comfortable and just generally aren't good quality. Customer service is really great though. Always receive a really quick response and everyone has always been very helpful/understanding. Right now there isn't a competitor on the market to provide the same experience/product at the same price.

They are really good with customer service and making sure you are satisfied with the product, however, I consistently have poor quality contacts that do not last the day. I am considering going with another contact service to see if the quality is better.

I really like the simplicity of this brand and I think It could be really great, my contacts always come on time. However the quality of the contacts aren’t the best. They are very dry and thin. I get the price is low for a reason and so the quality isn’t the best. For a everyday contact user I don’t think this is the way to go but if you only wear contacts sometimes it’s worth it!
