Contact lenses are flimsy and shift around too much in your eyes. They invert easily which is a problem. They start to irritate and dry out if I stare at something. I use way more contact eyedrops than I think is necessary. They lose focus. The outrageous cancelation fee is ridiculous. If someone isn't satisfied with a product? They shouldn't have to pay to end the subscription. Contact lens prescriptions are only good for a year. The subscription should end one year from the start. Notify the consumer and give them the option. But a fee to cancel is unacceptable. I've already decided to contact the BBB Thank you.....

Kept billing me after i cancelled.

Terrible customer service. The website allows you to “easily” sign up for monthly shipments or re-activate subscriptions, which they charge immediately for. However, if you wanted to cancel said shipment (within 24 hours), they would tell you that there isn’t any way to refund your money. The website should have an option to cancel shipments and subscriptions. I re-activated a subscription by accident at 9pm, then I called the next day to cancel that subscription and get a refund for the charge (of $41), and they said that they were not able to provide a refund because the order was already “processed”. How is this legitimate? Had there been an option to cancel on the website, then I would have. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Buyer Beware!! Product not as described and company has horrible service.

I have decided to use the email I sent to the company for my review as it contains all I wish to convey: First, let me say, I realize you are just a customer service rep trying to do your best and collect a paycheck. I respect that. I also know that what I have to say here will make no difference to the company you represent. I will continue if only to make myself feel better. I have never had such an experience with any on-line service. I have had to babysit this site nearly every month with fear my contacts would not arrive. Sometimes they don’t. I have been told that I must have “accidentally” cancelled the month, I have been sent the wrong prescription, the shipping date has been suddenly changed without my knowledge. The email address being used by the company is one I NEVER use, therefore finding that you have responded to my messages is also a challenge. I am, once again almost out of contacts which may not be a big deal to you but I depend on them daily for my work. YES. Do cancel my subscription. I will not be back but I will be sharing my experiences in hopes of saving others from this disappointing experience.

Absolut dreist! Fragte auf die email/Werbung wie teuer das ist da die Website nicht übersichtlich ist. Darauf bekam ich direkt Linsen die ich zahlen muss! Keine Kullanz, frecher support... Danke für die abzocke!

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! They refuse to cancel your subscription, charge you double, then ship your product by a 3rd party you cannot reach. Then they will fight you on the dispute. I tried to cancel the item before it shipped to no avail.
