I loved the price so I guess you get…
I loved the price so I guess you get what you pay for. But a lot of the contacts that you receive are tore so you have to throw them away, therefore you go through them quickly but like I said you get what you pay for I suppose.

DO BETTER
When I placed my first order in 2016 the contacts came in different colored boxes and the labeling on the individual contacts themselves had easy to read dark print. You need to do better, those of us that are visually impaired need the boxes to be different colors and we need to be able to see the numbers in the contact packet.

Hi Mandy! Thank you for your honest feedback and for being with us since 2016, it means a lot! We completely understand how important it is for the packaging and print to be clear and easy to read. Due to new regulatory requirements, we updated our blister design to meet labeling standards. We weren't aware this was creating issues for our customers. Really appreciate you letting us know! I feel like the quality has gone down
I feel like the quality has gone down, they don’t feel as good on my eye and they dry out a lot faster.

Love for 8 years, but...
I love the Hubble company, been with them in early 8 years. Their customer service is great, as is there consistent delivery. Problem is... the actual contacts. The quality is not great. Often they are flawed and I end up wasting at least one in the morning. The minute said contact goes in, my eye starts to react to it being flawed and I have to throw it out. The next one that goes in is fine. Would not be a huge issue, but there are 30 per month in the box, so it's starts eating away at the "daily" option. I've often had to order extra boxes just to cover for this.

Where is my order!?
Update: 9/30/25 Thank you Van for resolving the issue! I was charged on 9/14/25 for my order and as of 9/30/25 still haven't received it or a tracking number. Keep being told that shipping facility confirmed order and will receive in 3-5 days. Still nothing!
