Good quality contacts, you make it hard to cancel a subscription.

There was an issue with the order and you guys still charged me for it also when I try calling I do t get any reply even with the email.

Easy to order, always arrives on time. The contacts are low quality. They feel uncomfortable and get dry very quickly. They also only offer one size. You get what you pay for, however it was shocking when they raised their prices last year with no increase in quality

The right contact is acceptable, but the left contact irritates the eye, especially when I blink.

The contacts are not as soft as some of the premier companies. Sometimes they burn when you put them in and I have had to throw one or two a month away and grab a new lense. Overall they are useable and I have kept using them because of the cost and convenience. Would love them to get an update so the plastic used is more modern as compared to the ingredients used in lenses 20+ years ago.

The quality of the lenses isn’t great, but I like the price and like that it’s a subscription and I don’t have to worry about reordering. I do wish that there were a couple extra lenses included in the boxes — we’ve all had a contact pop out, or one fall on the bathroom floor when trying to put them in.

For a while they had the shipments set up to where the contacts were coming too frequently, so I’ve had to cancel orders for like 3 times. I also have found that sometimes contacts will split and break and I’ll have to wear glasses instead.
