After an hour or so, the contacts begin to burn my eyes on and off until I take them out.

Contacts are good for what you pay for. They aren’t the best material to have in your eyes and they don’t last long as they dry our eyes out after a few hours. But I understand that the material they use is why they are able to keep the price so low. As far as the service goes, I disliked that there was no email notification that your next box was about to ship like other prescription services have. There should also be an option to cancel online or submit a request as calling to cancel was inconvenient with your business hours and just kinda outdated as the only option to cancel. I ended up cancelling that card (for other reasons) and I still constantly get notifications that you can’t charge my card and “we’re sorry to see you go.” I’ve had to block the address to stop the e-mails. So mainly all I can say is that there needs improvement.

The contacts are extremely uncomfortable

The service delivers on time each month but the contacts leave something to be desired. I never know each day if my Hubbles will stay in my eye. Some days, one contact will feel loose, irritate my eye, and fall out.

I love Hubble for the simple fact that it's a cheaper way to get the daily contacts I need. However, every once and awhile I'll open a contact pod that has a weird shaped contact. Sometimes they slide all over my eye and I have to throw them away and get a new one. I also wish you could order them as you need them instead of being a set schedule. I only wear my contacts on the weekends when I don't want to wear my glasses. Now I have an overflow of contacts coming in and can't seem to use them as fast as they arrive. Other than those small problems Hubble has been great.

Convenient mail order. However, quality of contacts are so-so. I understand that they are daily wear, but it should be easier to determine whether they are inside out.

OK for a few hours, but not all-day wear. I'm not thrilled with the quality. They're OK to wear for a few hours, but definitely not for an entire day. I wear them to the gym in the morning, putting in around 7 a.m., and by 9:30 they are blurry and my eyes are very dry. The customer service, however, is quite good - I was surprised and thrilled with the ease of delaying order, and cancelling my subscription. However, until the quality improves I'm unlikely to use again.

It is convenient and I do like how I always have backups. But I do get a lot of defective contacts.At first I didn't mind it because it was rare and it happens, now it happens so often I'm not even surprised. I've thrown out so many ripped contacts it becomes tedious and not worth it.
