Very frustrating that you cannot cancel a subscription with an email or online. For an online subscription service, I feel that you should be able cancel as easily as you make it to sign up.

My prescription is not correct because I have astigmatism. I have asked to stop shipment and also how to return the incorrect ones with no response.

Sometimes the contacts are just screwed up and hurt too much. You'll have to throw it out and get a new one. For some reason, it always hurts in my right eye. I've had other contacts before and never encountered this problem. After a while, towards the end of the day, your eyes start to get irritated. Sometimes the pods don't rip nicely and you end up accidentally opening a pod you didn't mean to. Overall, they always come on time and I've never ran out. But based on my experience they are low quality, and this should be weighed against the convenience.

They r good if u need contacts especially for daily, but they last less than 8hrs a day, and dry out my eyes making them hurt. I wish they worked better, but other than that they work.

First of all this is an this inferior product. After receiving my first shipment and wearing my first pair of lenses the first shipment of contacts I tried I noticed right away that the feel of these contacts was noticeable and the blurriness I had experienced wearing these. I guess you do get what you pay for. Secondly, I sent a message to stop sending me more but I kept receiving more boxes and getting charged for them. There seems to be no way to contact this company nor a return policy.

Not an easy cancel, the lenses look quality, however my base curve is different and they have no way to switch it

Contacts are very uncomfortable. I will be cancelling my subscription. I tried them for several months and it was not worth the cheaper price.
