I had at least two orders with contacts missing solution/or solution leaked out of the contact lenses packaging rendering the lenses unusable. Also, I seemed to have received two orders that were definitely not 30 days apart and was therefore charged twice in a one month time period. One other complaint is that customer service is difficult to reach. There should be a phone number on the website.

I tried the free two weeks offer and was happy with the feel of the lenses but not with the clarity of my vision. After a couple of months using the lenses with poor results I called customer service and they said "Were you fitted for Hubble lenses?" and I said no, I sent in my existing prescription, I just did the trial and you kept sending them and never said a word about actually needing a new prescription to use them. They made is sound like it was my fault for not knowing this fact. They however had no problem billing me for several months without telling me this. I'm getting a new prescription taken now and I will not be having them fitted for hubble lenses since they don't tell you everything you need to know before using their products.

Every other contact irritates my eye and I cant wear it and then have to dispose. I have suspended service and can't reach a customer service rep. No one gets back to me. The ones that don't irritate my eye are comfortable. It's either really awesome or really crummy.

About the only good thing I can say about Hubble is that I liked their prices and the contacts were comfortable. Customer service and company policies are horrendous. My second box of my subscription I wanted to send back because I had not had a chance to use them yet. In order to send them back, I had to write “return to sender” on the box. No return label or anything. This was odd but I complied. Next, after using the contacts, I found that I didn’t change them enough. I had become accustomed to monthly’s. So, I decided to email Hubble to cancel. I’m sent a reply that says they don’t cancel over email. I find it pretty bad policy to be a modern company will allow sign ups over the internet but requires calls to canel. That is shady. Later that day after work I call to cancel. Closed for the day. The next morning I call at 8:30 am. Not open yet. Don’t open until 9. Now I have to try and find time to cancel during my work day. I forget. Next month I get sent another box. I send it back. Except this time: no refund. I email customer service a month after sending it back and they say they can help with a tracking number from when they shipped. I did not receive a tracking number. Just a box of contacts in the mail. So now I have to call and get a refund as well as cancel my account. When I ha to be at work before they open. This company is the worst. I am disheartened for new start ups with this experience.

The price is higher than similar subscriptions made with better materials. I emailed customer services to cancel but the replied saying you have to call to cancel. All very inconvenient.

Not sure that Hubble actually verifies your prescription with your doctor. My eye doctor could not verify that Hubble actually sent in the order, and they told me my prescription was out of date, but I got a shipment from Hubble anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

Contacts are low quality and I cannot manage my account well online
