No astigmatism contacts and it seems…
No astigmatism contacts and it seems like they just keep going up on prices every once in a while

Some friction is right
Some friction is right. They're not super comfortable. However the biggest problem is that they're packaged randomly, in other words half the time they're inside out. 3 bucks more than last year too.

There was a price increase from $33 to…
There was a price increase from $33 to $36 without any notice to me whatsoever. That was not very businesslike at all but I guess that’s just they way it goes!

Convenient but Uncomfortable
Automatically ships your contacts on time every month making it very convenient and easy for their consumers, but their lenses are made from recycled plastic and dry up very quickly. Extremely uncomfortable for sensitive eyes. Also, they do not have astigmatism friendly lenses.

I love their contacts and price but…
I love their contacts and price but I've had issues with customer service. Not only that but the lack of astigmatism lenses made my mom leave and she had an awful experience just trying to discontinue her service.

Product is decent, business model is nice, cost is very good, ordering portal is better than average, customer service needs some work
