Contacts are thick and uncomfortable.

I have received the wrong prescription on multiple occasions and it is a pain to return them...also having to return them at all is annoying because isn't the point of Hubble convenience? Also - I changed my subscription to be less frequent and still received boxes when I wasn't supposed to.

I love the convenience of delivery to my door without ever placing an order but I honestly never know what I will get. The prescription always says the same thing but sometimes I can see great and sometimes it’s horrible. One day I have to wear reading glasses with my contacts and some days not. It’s very annoying.

Contacts make my eyes very dry..

Overall I love the idea of Hubble. The customer service is wonderful, the packaging is beautiful, the overall user experience and delivery is great. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the product. After years of monthly contact use I decided to switch to dailies. After about a week I noticed my eyes feeling very dry every day around 4pm and light looking a little more blurry at night. I also noticed red streaks in my eyes. When I went to the eye doctor he explained to me that Hubble uses an old version of the contact lens that has minimal breathability and would explain the dry eye, red streaks, and blurriness. Again, I love the idea of Hubble, but the product itself could use some improvement.

I love the convience and price. However in every batch I’ve received at least one contact is either dry (no solution in packaging. Or there is an empty package.

I would say on average there are 5-10 contacts that aren't shaped well and I have to throw them away. Also, I am finding they dry out very fast compared to my old lenses.

My contacts have been drying out a lot by the end of the day
