Very convenient! I really like that they were very conveniently delivered to my home and the cost is very affordable. However, the quality of the contacts is not the best. Often they would dry out and towards the end of the day they felt really itchy and uncomfortable for me. After receiving a sample of a different brand from my optometrist I had to go back to buying a name brand due to wearability. I felt the material to be much lighter and they were less dry at the end of the day. More expensive name brand, yes, but sometimes the cost is justified in my opinion.

The contacts dry out too quickly will change brands this year.

I like having my husband's contacts delivered each month by mail. However, we have insurance that won't reimburse us for the amount we pay because we don't receive an itemized bill/receipt each month along with the contacts. If you could correct this issue, I would continue as a customer.

The contacts are conviently shipped and are easy to dispose of. However, I wish they dis not dry out as fast!

Pros: I liked the convenience of having my contacts shipped to me directly for a decent price. Cons: The contacts were not comfortable at all. Very drying and sometimes the contacts would fall out of my eye. I do not think they were a good fit.

I find that the contacts are not clean when they come.
