Terrible contacts
Terrible contacts. Hard to see with them, and difficult to cancel.

IT'S A SCAM do not use
IT'S A SCAM do not use, they will just charge you a nonsense membership without informing you and there and I cannot even cancel it I had to freeze my card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered the £1 contacts and a couple of weeks later I got a random £27 charge and I don't even have a receipt of this on any of my emails. Complete scam.

No delivery, no refund, no response. DO NOT USE.
I paid for my lenses 4 weeks ago, they’ve not arrived yet. I notified them and told them that I wanted to cancel because I hadn’t received them (this happens on a regular basis). They then said they couldn’t refund me because I’d been sent a replacement, which would take up to 10 days to arrive. I never asked for this, I’d told them I wanted a refund and my account to be cancelled. Now I’m with no refund, no lenses, it’s been 6 weeks since I made a payment and they aren’t responding to any of my emails or messages. When I ring I get told ‘can we give you a call back?’ And they never do. I don’t know where to go from here, they’ll respond to this saying ‘get in touch with us!’ - I have!! You don’t respond!! No subscription service should have a delivery time of 5-14 working days. I defeats the point of a subscription service. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Do not waste your money!
Do not waste your money! I wore a pair for less than 8hours abs I was in so much pain My eye burnt, was itchy, constantly felt like there was an eyelash in my eye and wasnt They hurt so bad all day and when I took them out my vision was blurred and I ended up with a chronic migraine for 3 days after due to the pain they caused my eyes

Hubble contacts are NOT the same
Hubble contacts are NOT the same Prescription. I reached out and advised they are blurry. I can’t see more then 5ft in front of me. I tried a few of the boxes and I couldn’t wear them for more then 5mins without a headache and couldn’t see anything. The prescription written on the contacts is my correct prescription however, I’m telling you it’s not correct. Also my husband noticed they dry out. Hurt, flip out of your eye easy. And Hubble could careless!! I addressed all my concerns and said I can send it all back as proof. They wouldn’t accept any back. Do not waste your money. There’s a reason they are less. They are cheap and crappy! And not identical prescriptions. Update - I did what the below person told me to. And still noting.

HUBBLE: impossible de les rejoindre et de communiquer en français
Bonsoir, j'essaie de mettre fin au contrat de ma fille qui reçoit depuis fort longtemps des verres, et ce, à mon adresse même si cette dernière ne vit plus ici depuis fort longtemps. Il est impossible d'annuler un contrat avec cette compagnie, plusieurs personnes différentes nous parlent et nous redemandent toujours les mêmes choses. Je trouve cela fort pénible pour annuler, ma fille doit faire annuler sa carte de crédit pour qu'Hubble cesse de percevoir des montants et arrêter d'envoyer des boîtes alors que je les ai avisés. Je ne recommande pas du tout l'achat de verre à cette compagnie, attention vous ne pourrez pas résilier le contrat sauf si vous annulez votre carte de crédit...
