Below average quality lenses and customer service is poor. A nightmare cancelling your subscription and it seems like they don't want to comply with European GDPR rules. "Just call our customer service during office hours" - well, this is 2019 and you should be able to do better. Please don't let it be hard for paying customers to leave your service.

I’ve gotten boxes that contained lenses that irritated my eyes and have had to throw away at least a weeks worth of lenses because of this issue.

Worst contacts I’ve ever used. Some came damaged, some were packaged incorrectly. Difficult to put in at times which is surprising considering I’ve used contacts for several years. Would not recommend.

Contacts made my eyes extremely dry. Even with contact re-wetting solution applied multiple times throughout the day, it was still unbearably dry. When I tried to cancel my subscription, the contact number in the email/website was incorrect. Only positive is that price is cheap, but that's exactly what I paid for.

Leider bin ich nicht von den Linsen begeistert. Sie verrutschen ständig sodass ich immer ewig brauche um sie „im Auge“ zu finden.Vielleicht wäre es da bessere wenn sie etwas bläulich wären damit man sich besser sehen kann. Dazu kommt noch der Behälter hat unten 3 Riffel womit man beim Rausnehmen der Linsen schnell ein Loch reinmachen kann ( ist mir auch schon passiert). Für den Preis habe ich mir etwas besseres vorgestellt. Schade.

Great to start but hassel to cancel subscription. I have asked several times to have my subscription canceled and still not successful. You try to call the number and only get recording everytime.
