At first they were great
At first they were great, than they got dry and made my eyes super uncomfortable I can’t even go back and cancel the subscription. I have so many contacts just hanging around the house smh

I order my contacts in January and…
I order my contacts in January and never received my order. I contacted them a month later and they said there was a problem with shipping and resent it to me. I never got my order again. I contacted them 3 weeks later asking for at least a refund and they didn't reply. I dont recommend. Bad business

The contacts were not helpful
The contacts were not helpful, they were my exact prescription, and I have asked through email to please stop sending them and charging me for them I continue to send them back.

Very disappointed I cancelled 5 months…
Very disappointed I cancelled 5 months ago and called 3 times and they are still charging me 🤬

Customer service problems
So. Once you subscribe to Hubble it is basically impossible to get a hold of them or to cancel. I wrote an email to get my address changed and never got a response or my last order of contacts. They are very poor to deal with.
