Don't buy from hubble
I got a trial lens from hubble for a pound but unfortunately it doesn't suit my eye. They debited my next payment of 27£ which I dunno that I subscribed for. Later chasing them and I returned them within 3 days. It's been 14 days but still getting no response from the team. The customer care always says the same answer. They will not refund the postage so you have to use the free return label provided by them for which you won't get any receipt. My money is gone

I was a loyal Hubble user for years
I was a loyal Hubble user for years. I was happy with the contacts fit and wear and recommended the service to everyone I knew. Then I got an updated prescription and it became a 3 week back-and-forth with customer service via email and FB messenger trying to get it updated. No one ever asked to contact my optometrist to get clarification which every other service I've ever used has and I am perfectly fine with, as proven by the ease of my switch to Waldo Contacts. I am sad that a brand I loved and recommended has such terrible customer service and will not return as a customer in the future.

If I could I wouldn’t rate not even 1
If I could I wouldn’t rate not even 1! They charged my account after canceling my account 2 months ago and turns out the guy had only paused it! I didn’t agree to this! I called and basically said too bad we took you’re money even if you don’t use them or send em back we’re keeping it! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Worst company ever! Just to save my self some money I ended up with nothing in my account oh and did I mention I never received the first order I was fully charged for!??! HUBBLE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

I have been trying to cancel my...
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month and have emailed more than once, but Hubble aren’t replying and keep taking money from my account

Just don't!
I used these contacts for about a year, no issues. Then two months ago, I received an order that actually made my vision worse. I inserted the contacts ( like I've done for about 40 years), and couldn't see the tub clearly from my bathroom sink ( about 6' away). Tried another one. Same problem. Tried the pack for the other eye - same problem. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement box. Tried the replacement box - SAME PROBLEM AGAIN in both eyes. Immediatly decided I'd rather pay more from the eye doctor than go blind from a manufacturing defect or goodness knows what.

So drying, make my eyes itchy/grainy
Got the £1 trial pack and was later charged £15 for a 2 week subscription which I hadn't consented to. These contacts are SO drying, make my eyes very itchy/grainy and I can't last more than 6 hours with them in, despite using extra eye drops for dryness/irritation. For context, I've been wearing contact lenses (Acuvue Moist) for 3 years and have never had any issues or needed drops. Would absolutely not recommend.

I ordered the contacts for a pound…
I ordered the contacts for a pound thinking I will give them a try two different strengths as my eyesights different in both eyes! They are cheap for a reason get your contacts from a proper opticians rather than these it’s not worth it! They also sign you up for a monthly subscription without you realising but you can email them and cancel or change the date so they cannot deliver them I changed it straight away before they arrived to 2098 incase I forgot.

Cela fais 2 mois que j’essaye de les…
Cela fais 2 mois que j’essaye de les contacter pour annuler mon abonnement car les lentilles de me convienne pas mais impossible de les avoir que se sois par e-mail ou téléphone ça nous raccroche au nez .... service plus que medriocre !!! Je pense faire opposition à ma carte car ni n’y a pas d’autre solution et faire une plainte en même temps
