The contacts are sometimes difficult get out of the package. Also, it is hard to tell if they are inside out.

As far as being able to tell whether or not the lenses are inside out, you should see 'HUB' on the edge of the lens. When you can read it as HUB, the lenses are facing the correct direction and can be inserted. I've used this service for more than two years now and I like their contacts. I have found comparable dealers for disposable lenses for cheaper, but I haven't tried them out. All in all, Hubble is solid, reasonably priced and makes a good product.

Hubble is so convenient! Except in times that mail is delayed and you run short on your contacts. I'm also just waiting to claw my eyes out at the end of the day, but I'm thinking that's my eyes and not necessarily these contacts. Overall, they're comfortable for a lot of the day and receiving them is relatively seamless. The fact that I don't have to think about ordering contacts ever or worry about how I'm going to pay for them is AWESOME!

Probably a 4.5 or so. The convenience is perfect and the price is pretty good. My comparison contact lens is an Acuvue and I would say initial comfort is a bit higher on the Hubble lenses whereas the Acuvue stay comfortable and moist a bit longer. I keep a few in my car and office for the occasional emergency and the price makes replacing a lost lens once in a while pretty painless.
