The contacts consistently arrived as scheduled. The quality was good.

I must say I’m shocked to see all those negative comments. I’ve been using Hubble contacts since November and I’m so happy that I found them in the first place. The contacts themselves feel comfortable - I used Acuvue Moist before and I don’t see any difference in comfort or my eyes being dry. Super convenient and good price as well! And I must mention the exceptional customer service. I contacted them twice to change the delivery date and on both occasions they dealt with it promptly and I had my contact lenses exactly when needed. I came to trust pilot after my today’s second positive experience with the customer service as I thought they really deserve a Thank You.

Had my trial, paid £3. Actually didn't get chance to try them within the 15 days so emailed and stopped them sending out monthly subscription. And therefore charging me. Recieved email immediately and there is also information clearly written on their website. It's a subscription, it's made perfectly clear. Finally got round to trying the lenses and got to say they were like a breath of fresh air. I have been struggling hugely with monthlys from specsavers, so swapping to them immediately. Thanks Hubble, I no longer have puffy swollen eyes!

Ik heb in juni een proefsetje besteld, en heb gelijk het abonnement opgezegd. De lenzen zijn bedoeld om te dragen op het strand, in plaats van mijn standaard harde lenzen. De opzegging verliep vlekkeloos, via de website (nl.hubblecontacts.com)kun je simpelweg een opzegformulier downloaden (zie onderaan bij: Leveringsvoorwaarden) en e-mailen naar help@hubblecontacts. Ik kreeg dezelfde dag nog een nette reactie en bevestiging van mijn annulering. Inmiddels heb ik tweemaal de Hubble lenzen gedragen, waarbij ik het eerste setje lenzen zelfs drie dagen heb gedragen. Ze zitten/dragen prima, zelfs bij meerdaags gebruik. Op het strand heb ik geen last van droge ogen en gelukkig niet van zandkorrels. Omdat de negatieve reviews hard overkwamen, was ik sceptisch geworden tav de Hubble lenzen. Echter, omdat mijn ervaringen ermee (inclusief de relatief makkelijke opzegging) erg positief zijn, heb ik besloten om mijn review te geven. Positief!

I have been looking into daily lenses for a long while now (monthly lens user) and I came across Hubble on an ad on Instagram. After umming and arring for around a week I deceived to take the plunge and order the first 2 weeks free of lenses (£3 shipping fee). They were dispached very quickly and arrived to me within 3 days, I was surprised to see that they had been shipped from the Netherlands! (Because of the inexpensive shipping fee). I tried my first pair of lenses and I am very impressed! The packaging is all recyclable and encourages you to recycle too. Thank you Hubble, will be keeping my subscription!
