Its convenient and easy and price is decent. The quality has been an issue lately. On an average I am getting 4 to 8 damaged contacts each shipment.

I have been with hubble for a few years now and i am pretty much satisfied with my shipment of contacts. Aside from the occassioal discomfort from drying out, i like the fact that they are very affordable as well.

Sometimes my contacts aren’t as clear or dry out much faster than they should. It’s pretty inconsistent with the quality of contacts I get.

I love the convenience and the customer support has been wonderful. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the cost.

Contacts are great! Beware because I started my purchases out at 33$ a month and then the company raised it to 36$ a month without any notice!

Staff will sort any issues quickly but need to be more attentive! I'd like upper personnel to consider the switch to FedEx or UPS b/c USPS loses my order way to often. Train chugs along nicely, until carrier transfer my lenses to the USPS.

The convenience of contact delivery at regular intervals makes Hubble worth it in its own, but I've actually been really pleased with the contacts themselves. I haven't had a single torn one out of the package, which is in stark contrast to the many torn Acuvue oasis (2 week contacts) i used to receive. They are comfortable and last about 12 hour before drying out a bit. My only complaint is that customer service seems lacking. They do not send out shipment emails to let you know you contacts are in the way. I asked about this almost a year ago and the said they are working on it! How difficult is that really?
