I like the concept of Hubble as the convenience factor is huge for me however, I consistently get boxes that have damaged contacts. I have reported this before and have been comped a month for the inconvenience but I am at the point where I just expect 20-30% of the contacts to be damaged. I have experienced this so regularly, that there is no way that others are not experiencing this as well.

Bad for my eyes. When I would try to put them in they were never comfortable and it would feel like I had something stuck in my eye. Also they would dry out before the end of the day and fold over leading to them falling out of my eye. Just not a very well made contact. But the convenience of having them delivered to my door is why I gave them two stars.

Wish it was easier to cancel. Instead I have to call when owning a business and working a 2nd part time job I don't have time to set on phone for hours

The materials in these products are no longer being used by major contact manufacturers because newer materials have been developed to allow improved adequate oxygen exchange. Please care for your eyes, they are not replaceable. Hubble contacts are made of outdated materials. That is why they are so cheap.

Meh - bad contact lenses at a cheap but not lifechanging price

I called customers service and no reply. When I received my last shipment one box h Was totally smashed. And the other had holes in it and some of the contacts were dried up. U gave no option to help. Just ignored me.
