I ordered the lenses only to find out I could not use them. I contacted the company to cancel my account but payment for the 2nd set had been charged and sent. I was told to return that set unopened and would receive a refund for the 2nd set. I did have to contact the company again about the refund, but upon doing that it was just a few days and my refund was here. I do wish I could have used this product.

These contacts couldn't have been a better prescription if I got them from my doctor himself. Arrived in a short period of time. Very comfortable to wear and easy to insert into the eye. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Hubble!

hubble has gone above and beyond my expectations. my daughter recently had a fitting issue with her right contact lens that made it difficult for her to see out of. i contacted customer care about my concern & EVERYONE i spoke with treated this issue as though it was happening to their daughter! in such a fast paced world, people tend to forget it’s a human with feelings you are dealing with and not a dollar sign. the level of care we were shown was genuine....thank you, hubble
